Spa Policies

 

Gift Certificates-  All gift certificates are non-refundable and

non-redeemable for cash. Gift certificates must be present at time of redemption and cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate. On-line oders are processed Monday through Friday and will be shipped via USPS First Class with signature confirmation.

 

Cancellations-  We understand that at times you may need to reschedule your appointment.  We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice.  Cancellations or no shows will result in a full service charge fee.

 

Arrival Time-  We ask that you arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to prepare for your treatments.  Late arrivals will reduce service time and we may charge full price for these services.

 

Returns-  Unopened merchandise may be returned to a full refund within 7 days of purchase.  Opened merchandise is non-refundable.

 

No Smoking-  For the comfort of our guests, we are a

non-smoking environment.

 

Payments-  We accept cash, most major credit cards, and personal checks with a valid drivers license.  A $25 fee will be charged for any returned check.
